Director of Theater Operations

Responsibilities will include: Facilitate the execution of the institutions’ artistic, operational and financial strategic objectives. Supervise and be held accountable for all aspects of theater operations. Candidate must have demonstrated experience with production budgeting, labor unions & processes, contract negotiation & execution. Must be a strong communicator, and have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects.
