Johnny Kemp was raised in Harlem, New York.  He first came onto the music scene in 1986 with his self-titled album. His second album “Secrets of Flying” had two Top 5 hits on the US Billboard and R&B charts – “Dancin’ With Myself” and the smash dance hit “Just Got Paid.”  His song “Birthday Suit” is featured on the soundtrack “Sing.  Kemp continues to perform in concert and award shows.  For tickets to this Amateur Night show, click here.
