Curator, Apollo Music Cafe, April 1 & 2, 2011.  Sandra Bell's credits include: producer for the JVC Jazz Festival and Festival Productions, Columbia University World Jazz Festival, and the Safe Sex Party in Washington DC; production stage manager for Jazz in The Valley, International African Arts Festival, and designer of the Kwanzaa backdrop for the Kwanzaa Celebration at the Apollo Theater.

Ms. Bell is a third-generation carnival costume designer of the artistic Morris family of Belmont, Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. She was trained by the late metal master, costume designer and innovator Ken Morris, considered to be one of Trinidad's national treasures. 

Sandra Bell has a B.A. in Arts Administration, from New York University and certificates in film and video production.
